We built SkAiL Evolution because we kept seeing the same pattern. Business owners knew AI mattered. They didn’t know where to start. They were sold tools when what they needed was structure.

Our approach is different. We don’t position AI as a replacement for human thinking. We build systems where your strategy leads and AI handles execution. You stay in control. You understand how everything works. You own it when we are done.

The Team

Richard Guerrero

Founder and Strategy Lead

Richard brings over 30 years of enterprise technology consulting to SkAiL Evolution. He has designed, implemented, and optimized systems for national brands including JCPenney, Ann Taylor, American Eagle Outfitters, and Hammacher Schlemmer.

He is not an AI evangelist. He is a systems engineer who applies the same disciplined thinking he used in enterprise consulting to AI strategy for small and mid-sized businesses. His focus is on practical implementation, not hype.

Dee Harris

Director of Training and Education

Dee brings deep experience in AI application and a natural ability to make complex ideas accessible. She leads training, education, and community engagement for SkAiL Evolution.

Where Richard focuses on systems architecture and strategy, Dee focuses on people. She ensures that every client and student walks away with confidence, clarity, and the ability to apply what they have learned.

Our consulting work focuses on business owners and operations leads at companies with 10 to 100 employees. These are organizations with real budget, real workflows, and a genuine need to figure out how AI fits into their business before their competitors do.
